Who should have access to Cority and Client Portal?
Only registered Management Officials (MO) and Program Managers (PM) should have access to Cority and Client Portal. Views and functionalities may vary based on user's role.

What is my username?
When your account was created for you, the email address where you received your notifications from us was assigned as your username. This email address cannot be changed at this time using the portal.

My password is not working. What do I do?
If you're having trouble logging in using your password or have forgotten it, you will need to reset it. Click on the Forgot your Password link and follow the instructions to reset. You will be prompted to answer security questions set up during the initial registration.

I don't remember my security questions and answers. What do I do?
If you don't remember the security questions and answers set up during registration, you will need to reset those. Please send an email to us at DOI_Support@leidos.com and we will revert.

I did not receive the email with the Passcode. What do I do?
If you do not receive the email containing the passcode within 5 minutes of submitting your request, please check your spam or junk folders. You may also need to adjust your email settings to ensure passcode emails are not blocked or filtered. Alternatively, multi-factor authentication passcode can be received on registered mobile number as well. Please send an email to us at DOI_Support@leidos.com and we will update your account profile.

My access has been limited due to non-compliance with the annual privacy training policy. What do I do?
Please login to the Client Portal https://doiportal.qtcm.com/ and complete the privacy training. After successfully completing the training, your access will be reinstated within 5 minutes.
